I have to admit I was pretty skeptical about e4h having tried many anti-aging products over the year but I have to say, e4h is amazing. I expected it to take weeks to feel the effects but within 3 days of starting to take it, I felt a significant boost in overall energy and general mood. I'm not a morning person either but I even feel happier in the mornings when taking e4h (no kiddin!). I highly recommend the product...
